' to call as "red day" in calendar of plant. This day in heavy 1942 year the largest'+
' in Kazakhstan oil&fat plant - Oil-Extraction Factory - had given out his first'+
' production - cotton oil. However the inspection appointed by Narkompischeprom '+
' of the USSR for signing of certificate of first-order acceptance for Chimkent Oil-'+
' Extraction factory, from difficulties of war time, could arrive only in June, 1943.

' In 1943 the young collective of the plant for heroic labour was marked by'+
' passing Red Banner of the State Committee of Defense. 278 workers was'+
' awarded with a medal "For valorous work in Great Patriot War (1941-1945)".
'+
' 1944 year was most successful in a military history of the plant. Annual'+
' programs on release of all kinds of planned production were executed'+
' preschedully. Engineers, engineering and workers led by the main engineer of'+
' the factory K.I.Orlik have carried out great work on increasing of manufacture\'s'+

' Release of gross output for one worker, in comparison with 1945, has'+
' increased almost twice. One of the reasons of improvement of production'+
' quality was major overhaul of all equipment. In pressing shop due to '+
' condensation of useful floor space were established 5-ton heater and two '+
' pressing units. In extraction shop are commissioned two extractors and was '+
' established the ammoniac compressor. In preparatory shop are reconstructed'+
' 12 separators, was mounted additional and established ninth huller with'+
' shaking. Collectives of these shops have increased output of production on'+
' 70% in comparison with 1949.

' state farms. In 1957 the labourers of plant worked in sponsored state farm of '+
' name of Abay on weeding of cotton, assisted in transportation of grain, fertilizer etc.

' In 1959 in industrial life of combine was great event: the largest in the country'+
' shop of continuous extraction of crude cotton oil has entered in operation,'+
' equipped with the newest engineering. The collective of combine has passed to'+
' new technology of carbonate soaping, which was entered at first time in Soviet'+
' Union for soap producing from cotton waste products. In refining shop old'+
' filterpresses with a manual clip were replaced on filterpresses with a hydraulic'+

' In 1964 at the plant was carried out a review of introduction in manufacture of'+
' achievements of the science, new engineering and the best practices. There'+
' were marked complex mechanization of unloading works, warehousing and'+

' For the first time in the country on Chimkent oil&fat combine was started up'+
' skilled semi-industrial unit on testing of new processing. Preliminary tests data'+
' have shown an opportunity of reduction of hydrogenation temperature up to'+
' 40-60 degrees with saving of vitamin structure of fats and some other '+
' impurities. Received in such way firm fat, for example, is like on structure to beef.

' 1972 year was significant twice for combine. This time the factory has turned '+
' to the large enterprise with state value. By manufacture capacity, volume and'+
' nomenclature of production the combine was included in number advanced'+

' In 1990 use of capacity has achieved to 107%. Since 1991 has appeared the'+
' tendency to decreasing of use of capacities. 90th years - years of perestroika'+
' and global changes in the country, republic and, certainly, at our enterprise.

' These years - years of difficult transformations in all spheres of human life'+
' should be reflected and in our enterprise. With disintegration of the USSR the '+
' economic relations, which many years united our enterprise with suppliers of'+
' raw material and finished goods consumers have collapsed.

' On December, 28, 1993 Oil&Fat Combine was privatized and renamed to'+
' "Shimkentmay" OJSC. First president of the enterprise became Mr. Adirbekov'+
' Zh. A. It was great responsibilty for him to take plant, to save capacities and'+

' In 1998 we used only 15% of our capacities. This year became critical for'+
